FiorEats Privacy Policy

FiorEats provides AI-assisted meal planning, nutrition information, and grocery-list tools. This policy explains what information FiorEats processes and the choices available to you.
Information We Process
- Account information, including email address, username, and internal user identifiers.
- Diet preferences, household size, meal plans, favorites, grocery items, and related notes.
- Messages and instructions submitted to AI-assisted features.
- Subscription status and purchase-related identifiers supplied by Google Play and RevenueCat.
- App interactions, device information, crash reports, diagnostics, and approximate network information.
How We Use Information
- Authenticate accounts and synchronize user-created content.
- Generate meal plans, nutrition estimates, and grocery suggestions.
- Apply account and subscription limits.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve FiorEats.
- Respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests.
Service Providers
FiorEats uses service providers to operate the app. These include Amazon Web Services for authentication, APIs, databases, and server functions; OpenAI for AI-assisted responses; RevenueCat and Google Play for subscriptions; PostHog for product analytics; and Sentry for crash reporting. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments as necessary to provide their services.
AI and Nutrition Information
Text submitted to AI features and relevant diet preferences may be sent through the FiorEats server proxy to AI providers. Do not submit confidential information. Generated meal and nutrition information may be incomplete or inaccurate and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional for medical or dietary decisions.
Data Retention and Deletion
Account data is retained while your account is active and as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and comply with legal obligations. You can delete your account and associated FiorEats data in the app under Profile & Settings, or submit an online request through the Account Deletion page. Deleting a FiorEats account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.
Security
FiorEats uses encrypted network connections and access controls intended to protect data. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children
FiorEats is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your Choices
You may use limited guest functionality without creating a FiorEats account. You may also request access, correction, or deletion by contacting feedback@fioreats.com.
Changes
This policy may be updated as FiorEats changes. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
